The SAGE Foundation was founded as a non-profit organization in 2007 and launched officially in 2010 to recognize excellence in Community Service, Leadership or Multiculturalism. This year’s theme of “Rooted” fits with its mission to create a healthy dialogue with our youth and to encourage integration and a sense of belonging. SAGE is intent on continuing to develop workshops and welcomes partnerships with schools and community groups to support youth and to build community that shares common goals that motivate, unite and inspire and most especially educate for life.
Event Sponsors: The Afro News, an award winning publication and leader of the Multi–Ethnic press delivering news, culture, sports and articles of interest that reach a diverse community of more than 2 million people.
